North Ormesby Working Mens Club strives to provide the best and most up to date facilities and entertainment for the local community.
The Bar and Games Room
The Bar and Games Room is split into two sections. The first part provides our customers with two digital televisions providing all the latest sky channels including the horse racing, football boxing etc.. The sound system is situated throughout the ceiling which gives a better sound effect no matter where you are seated. Each television is also tuned in to recieve information from the concert room including the bingo, tote, raffle etc..
The second part of the Bar is the games room. Here we have another two digital televisions providing all the features as the first room. Again the sound system in here is situated in the ceiling to give a better sound effect throughout. Two full size snooker tables are situated to the rear together with a full size pool table. The club participates in the local leagues which play on a Monday and Thursday night, please contact us if you are interested in joining. At the side of the games room we have a darts room, here you will find a professional dart board and digitalised scoreboard.
The Concert Room
The Concert Room has a capacity of 250 people. Two HD Digital televisions suspended from the ceiling together with a projector and large screen for all live sporting events, bingo, tote, raffles etc and full sky television are available here. The room also has a computer with full internet access.
We have invested in a state of the art music system which provides musical entertainment with all music from the past and present, this system is regularly updated with new material to keep with the times.This room also boasts a media theme computer system that provides the club with the latest music videos, karaoke, horse racing, bingo, raffle and also works as a full dj set up.
A fully digital state of the art lighting system with digital disco lighting and coupled with a led lighting system around the stage area. The backdrop on the stage provides a great lighting effect with its star system built into the cloth to enhance the lighting systems in place.
Finally the musical piano organ which provides the music for the 50-50 dancing held regularly through the week.
